If your score was worse after exercise then, great job!! You must have done a hard workout.  While a workout can be good for making gains in your balance in the long run, that post-workout fatigue can impact your balance. Keep testing yourself to find out when your balance score returns to your pre-workout score.  Did it take 30 mins, an hour, a few hours, or the next day to recover?

If your score was better after exercise then, great job!! You must have activated your nervous system and muscles so they are more responsive and excitable. That feeling of being energized and sharp after your workout can translate into better balance.

The key is to pay attention to how your balance responds to your activity levels. Have fun and stay safe!
