Different Times of Day

There are many things in your day that can affect your balance. Core temperature, fatigue, blood sugar, hydration, caffeine consumption, exercise, and stress are all examples of things that can change during the day and may affect your balance. If your score changes within a day, try and think about what else changed in the day.

When you measure a change in your balance in the same day, consider what you were doing 1-2 hours before the test to learn what might be affecting your balance. For example, if you scored better in the evening, perhaps you were more relaxed after the day’s exertions.
